Shipping
All purchases from Wordwindow are shipped via the United States Postal Service. When purchasing through our Website, Shipping & Handling costs are $2.00 for the first item.
Add $1.00 for each additional item. After making your purchase, please allow 10 business days for delivery. If you have any questions about the
status of your Wordwindow purchase, please email us at eric@wordwindow.com We will quickly and kindly return your email.
Returns and Exchanges
Wordwindow offers a unconditional refund on picturebooks for 30 days from the date of purchase, and on DVDs and VHS video for 30 days from the date of purchase for unopened (still in the cellophane wrap). Please note that shipping costs are not refundable. Within the 30-day refund period, all opened DVDs and videos may
be returned for the original purchase price, less a 40% restocking fee. Defective DVDs and VHS videos will be exchanged for a copy of the same.
